Are the wishes that I enter legally enforceable?

By law, the wishes that you store on Afternote are not (yet) legally binding and are therefore intended as guidelines for loved ones. That does not mean that they are not a good basis for drafting a last will and testament.

It is the job of your trustees to ensure that your final wishes are well respected and are passed on to other loved ones.
