What is expected of me once the account is unlocked? 

Once you have access to the information in the account, it is up to you and the other trustees to make sure that the deceased’s final wishes are honoured and that any valuable pictures and messages are given to loved ones.

Information about the funeral and digital legacy can be found in the wishes and social media sections. In the messages section you can see if the deceased has left any messages for their loved ones and you have the opportunity to send these out.
